Super Tuesday Comes To Beck

Last night, Dr. Andrew Oros and the Political Science department brought interested Washington College community members to Beck Instructional Lab for the Super Tuesday election returns.


Dozens of students, faculty and staff members arrived, ready to take in six screens worth of political commentary from across the internet and cable television.


With sodas and snacks in hand, participants discussed the projections as each set of polls closed and viewed up to the minute maps from The New York Times to keep their conversations current. Republican, Democrat or anywhere in between, everyone had a great time in the media-saturated Beck Lab.


And, of course, Nancy and I were on hand to offer technology support. And occassionally color commentary from the corner.
