Chat Software Policy Posted

OIT has recently completed an analysis of available chat software packages in order to determine which are best-suited for our campus network. After evaluating many different options, it was determined that the following three applications are to be recommended for use:

• AIM or iChat (Mac)
• Yahoo Messenger
• Sightspeed
