The HelpDesk Becomes Help & Support

Have you talked to Tech Services lately? If your computer has gone on the fritz, if you've needed a projector or if you've had a campus event recorded, you have. To make Tech Services a little easier to find - and to recognize all the hard work done by these great team members - we've added information about their services to the OIT website.

When you look at the left hand navigation, you'll notice that the HelpDesk link has changed it's name to Help & Support. Clicking on this link takes you to a unified resource that gives you access to everything from software troubleshooting and equipment purchasing (the HelpDesk) to Audio/Visual services and expert computer repair (Tech Services.) You can also find quick contact information from each area.

The new Help & Support page will streamline getting the assistance you need and help put a name to the great services you've been receiving all along. We think you'll really like it.
