Dial-In Access Update - Modem Pool

OIT is still working with Verizon to get the modem pool (dial-in) access problems resolved.  At this time, the modem access lines are completely out of service.  All calls to the lines get a busy signal.

OIT apologizes for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, OIT can do no more than to continue to request service from the vendor.
